Bet Builder General Regulations

Bet Builder General Regulations
  1. BETBUILDER GENERAL REGULATIONS

CLEVERPATH HOLDINGS LIMITED, trading as MEGABETPLUS and SCOREBET, holds a Class A Receiver license (A014) approved by the National Betting Authority of Cyprus.

1.1 All types of selections in a BETBUILDER bet apply based on the regular time of a match, including delays. The only judges for the official end of the game are the referees.

1.2 The customer can create a ticket via BETBUILDER with a combination of selections from two or more matches. The minimum number of selections per match is 2+.

1.3 In the event that a player who did not take part in the match is included in a BETBUILDER bet, or any selection is void, then the entire specific BETBUILDER bet is counted as void.

1.4.1 The Company is not responsible for any errors relating to bets, including where:
(a) There is an obvious error in the respective odds/handicaps/totals as displayed by the Company.
(b) The Company continues to accept betting on markets that have been closed or blocked.
(c) The Company incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount.

1.4.2 For obvious errors in odds, the Company reserves the right to void any bets it deems to have been placed at an incorrect price. If the ticket is canceled, the Company must provide adequate documentation to the player.
“Obvious Error” is defined as cases where:
(a) The odds are substantially different from those available on the general market at the time the bet was placed, or
(b) The odds are clearly erroneous, given the probability that the selected event will occur at the time the bet was placed.

1.4.3 “Incorrect Event Details” are defined as when incorrect information is reported in the title of an event (e.g., player name or team name). In this case, the Company reserves the right to void any bets related to the event at its sole discretion.
Example: If in the scheduled match between Liverpool vs Arsenal, BETBUILDER options for the match Liverpool vs Wolves appear, then all bets will be void.

1.4.4 “Late Bets” are defined as bets that, for any reason, were inadvertently accepted by the Company after the match or individual event had already started. In this case, these bets are counted as void.

1.5 If a match is permanently stopped, selections that were already decided at the time of the break (e.g., bets on a total goal or half-time limit) are considered valid. All other bets will be void.
“Permanently Suspended Matches” are those that do not reach a final result within 48 hours of their scheduled start time.

1.6 In BETBUILDER-type betting, early disbursement (cash-out) is not possible.

1.7 The Company will not be responsible if BETBUILDER is unavailable for technical reasons.

1.8 The maximum payout limit for BETBUILDER bets is €20,000.

1.9 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any bet requested for a BETBUILDER bet.

1.10 The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove the BETBUILDER service at any time for any event, match, or market.
