GENERAL TERMS

  • ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF REGULATIONS

By depositing any valid bet slip, the customer becomes aware of these regulations.

  • ENTRY INTO FORCE OF REGULATIONS

These “Regulations” apply from 14.12.2022 and govern all “Bets” accepted by the “Company”, regardless of whether the “Customer” has been informed about them. However, in the event of a dispute, the “Company” will try to resolve the complaints of the “Customers” directly with the “Customers”. The “Customers” of the “Company” must read, accept and follow the following “Regulations”. The possession of a “Bet Slip” issued by the “Company” implies what is stated on the receipt itself, that the “Customer” acknowledges and accepts the “Regulations” listed and which can be consulted at the Betting Agency “Agent” or any other official site of the “Company”.

  • BET ACCEPTANCE

“Bets” are only accepted by adult customers (18 years of age and over).

  • WORKING HOURS

The normal activities of the Betting Agency (“Agent”) may only take place during the specified working hours according to the “Company” (09:00-24:00). The “Company” reserves the right to cancel if it wants any “Bet” played beyond the working hours of its head office, even if the “Bet” has been accepted by the computer and the relevant receipt has been printed. The working hours of the “Company” are announced at its official premises. The opening hours may be extended during certain events.

  • VALIDITY OF BET ACCEPTANCE

No “Bet” is accepted and valid until the “Customer” has in his hands a valid receipt, “Bet Slip”, subject to the “Regulations” of the “Company”. The “Company” reserves the right to refuse to accept all or part of any “Bet” at the time it is offered. “Bets” placed through the terminals of the “Company” are accepted only if they have been submitted to the generally approved “Bet” procedure of the “Company”. No other form is permitted unless it is precisely approved by the “Company”. Only “Bets” that end up in the computer files of the Betting Agency and consequently in the computer files of the “Company” will be validated and accepted. The “Customer” is obliged to check that the printing of the “Bet” from the computer corresponds to the requested “Bet”. If it does not respond, the “Customer” must request the cancellation of this “Bet” within a period of 5 minutes.

  • CANCELLATION BETS

The “Customer” may request the cancellation of his “Bet” within 5 minutes of its printing. However, if a game included in the “Bet” has started before this time has elapsed or has selections whose “Odds” have changed, then the “Bets” cannot be cancelled without the approval of the “Company”. Bets cannot be cancelled for bets involving “LIVEBETTING”. Cancellations of “bets”, which do not include void matches or price options that have changed, can only be requested in the following cases:

  • If there is an error in the Bookmaker’s computer, “Agent” and the “Bet” was not recorded.
  • If the computer does not print a receipt.
  • If a mistake has been made in entering the “Bet” options or the amount of the “Bet”.

If more than 5 minutes have passed since the time the “Bet” was accepted, the request for cancellation must be received by the staff of the “Company”, via email or fax, before the start of the first event in the “Bet”. The “Company” has every right to refuse to cancel any bet. Each representative is obliged to present to the company all any canceled coupons that have arisen per week. Otherwise, the company will debit the corresponding amount to the agent’s account and deduct it from any subsequent payment or commission.

  • TIME OF BET ACCEPTANCE

The “Company” reserves the right to declare as void any “Bet” / selection that ends up in its network, transmitted by the Betting Agency / (“Agent”), after the start of the sporting event, to which the “Bet” / selection refers, with the exception of live “Bets” (“Bets” during the game).

  • BET VALIDITY

Each validated “Bet” by the “Company” will be listed in the general file and in a second file for security reasons, which is called the “security file”. The “odds” in force at the time the “Bet” is recorded are the “Odds” on the basis of which the potential winnings will be calculated. When winnings are calculated, only the content of the receipt through the records of the “Company’s” headquarters applies. In case the receipts that the customer has indicate different data from those stored in the records of the head offices, the “Company” reserves the right to consider valid only the data included in its security files. It is noted that, in case the above happens, the company is requested to adequately justify the correct data.

Any details on the receipts held by the Customer regarding the minute of the match (if the Bet is carried out on Live Betting matches) at the time the Bet was placed, do not bind the Company.

  • BET ACCEPTANCE DETAILS – ODDS CHANGES

The minimum number of selections that can be selected in an event (“Bets”), allowed per combination and any other restrictive elements, are indicated by the computer. It is the responsibility of the person in charge of the Bookmaker, “Agent” to confirm these claims.

The “Company” reserves the right to change any “Odds” at its discretion. The actual “Odds” for any selection always remain the “Odds”, which are printed at the time of validation on the “Bet Slip”, unless it is a typographical error (see Reg. 1.15). For this reason, “Customers” are advised to check their “Bet Slips” with particular care.

The “Company” reserves the right to cancel all repeated/identical/identical bet slips submitted by the same customer if it deems appropriate the customer’s act to deposit 3 or more slips with the same content to avoid the approval of the specific bets.

1.10. BET APPROVAL

If the Bookmaker, “Agent” receives requests for “Bets” exceeding the established betting limits set by the “Company”, it will be necessary for the person responsible to request special authorization for the approval and acceptance of such “Bet”, in accordance with the “Regulations” and procedures set forth by the “Company” from time to time. The established betting limits of the “Company” are set at €200.

  • CONNECTED BETS

Relevant contingencies (logically connected options) such as CHELSEA winning 2-0 and CHELSEA leading in the first and second half, are only acceptable in singles (after being offered for betting by the “Company”, and where incorrect cumulative “Bets” are received, the “Bet” will be divided equally for each probability mentioned. One exception to this rule,  It is

  1. a) Bets where a special type of Bet with a specific odds is offered for these linked-selections.b) when the Company expressly states in its regulations and Betting Offer that these Bets are combined.

Cases where two relevant possibilities can be combined are specific and are settled as follows:

  1. a) “First goalscorer” and “Correct score” – The odds of the two options are multiplied and the result is reduced by 50%.
  2. b) “Last goalscorer” and “Correct score” – The odds of the two options are multiplied and the result is reduced by 50%.
  3. c) “First goalscorer” and “Time of first goal” – The odds of the two options are multiplied.
  4. d) “Last goalscorer” and “Time of first goal” – The odds of the two options are multiplied.
  5. e) “Anytime Goalscorer” and “Time of first goal” – The odds of the two options are multiplied.

1.12. VAGUE BETS

The “Company” reserves the right to consider single or groups of unclear “Bets” void, even if they have been accepted by the computer of the Bookmaker, “Agent”, even if the “Customer” has received the receipt of the “Bet”. The cancelled “Bet” is then returned if requested by the “Customer”. For example, if in a basketball game a bet is accepted on a winner’s market with a handicap, without stating the handicap line due to a technical problem, then the bet is considered unclear.

Example: Lakers vs Clippers.

The Lakers’ win with a handicap of -9 points has odds of 1.80.

If during the placement of the bet, the bet is registered in the computerized system as

Lakers win. handicap , odds 1.80 ,

Without entering -9, then the bet is unclear and voided.

1.13. PAYOUT WINNINGS

Payment of winnings will only be settled upon presentation of the original receipt of the “Bet Slip” which includes the authentication code and which authorises the payment from the Bookmaker’s computer (“Agent”). In case of payment of winnings in any way other than the above, the “Company” bears no responsibility. Any variations will be made known by the “Company”.

Any “Bet” won can be cashed out up to two (2) months after the “Profit Calculation Date”. Any “Bet” not cashed out during the above two months will be considered by the “Company” expired and worthless except in certain special cases.

In case of loss, total or partial destruction or generally in any case where it is not possible to locate and recover a winning “Bet”, the claim for payment of profit and any other claim for compensation by the “Company” is excluded. If the outcome of an event cannot be officially ascertained, the “Company” has the right to delay any payment until official verification. In such a case, the player will have the right to redeem a winning ticket up to two (2) months from the date of verification. In case of incorrect calculation of winnings, the “Company” reserves the right to correct before and after the payment of winnings.

1.14. MAXIMUM PAYMENT LIMIT

Each “Bet” is subject to a maximum profit determined by the “Company”. The maximum profit for each “Bet” offered by the “Company” is indicated in the special appendix A attached to the “Regulations” as well as in the following paragraph. In such cases, the limits set out in the “Regulations” always apply. The maximum profit may be less than the calculation of the calculator. In this case, the maximum payout amount is indicated on the bet slip receipt as the amount of the maximum payout.  If a bet includes selection(s) that refer to different types of Bets then the minimum maximum payout limit applies to the entire Bet.

Example

B.C. Man utd, Chelsea, Bayern, Omonoia (Maximum payout limit 20,000€)

All maximum payout limits set out in these rules apply to any “Customer”, or to a group of customers who jointly bet multiple tickets on the same selections, and bet on the same or similarly themed option/selection combination, even if this is done on a series of “Bets”, on a range of prices, within a few days. If the “Company” has reason to believe and deems that a number of “Bets” have been played in this way, the final payout of these “Bets” combined will be limited to a single maximum payout, as stated above.

1.15. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In case of incorrect printing, errors in receipts or obvious errors in the data entered into the computer of the “Company”, the “Company” reserves the right to cancel such “Bets”, or at its discretion, to settle such “Bets” at the correct odds and after substantiating its decision to the player, even if the discovery of the error is made after the completion of the event. (In case of incorrect odds bets will be settled at the correct odds; in case of wrong competitors, bets will be void). The cancelled “Bet” is refunded if requested by the “Customer”. The “Company” bears no responsibility for the validity of the information provided to its “Customers” regarding dates and start times of matches, scores or any other information that may be considered important by the “Customers”. No mistakes made by the “Customer”, the staff of the “Company” or its stores are recognized and all “Bets” will be checked for any winnings in accordance with the “Regulations”. Any obvious typographical error contained in the “Coupons” and other forms issued by the “Company” does not bind it. In particular, any obvious typographical error in the indication of the “Odds” prices paid by the “Company” regardless of any result or combination of results in the “Coupons”, does not bind the “Company”.

An obvious typographical error will be considered

  1. A) any “Odds” are at least 30% higher or lower than the average prices for the specific “Bet” or combination of “Bets” given by the betting companies of Cyprus (those legally licensed to conduct “Bets” by the Republic of Cyprus).
  2. B) If there is information from the company’s odds partners (Sportradar, betgenius, etc.) that they have sent and entered incorrect odds on the company’s servers.

If the “Odds” of the matches listed on the teletext service or the live score service of the “Company” differ from the “Odds” indicated on the receipt of the “Bet” issued by the computer of the agency, “Agent”, then always correct “Odds” are considered those indicated on the bet receipt issued by the computer of the agency, “Agent”, and the “Odds” at that time in the teletext service do not bind the “Company”. Also, results of events listed in the teletext service, serve informational purposes and do not bind the “Company”.

1.16. REQUESTS AND ANOMALIES

Where there is evidence of irregularities in a match or any other event, the “Company” reserves the right to cancel or postpone the payment of the disputed selection until the completion of an ongoing investigation by the official competent body of any relevant sport. The “Company” will seek criminal sanctions against any “Customer” involved in fraud, dishonesty or criminal acts. The “Company” will withhold payment to any “Customer” when there is suspicion or indications of any of the above. The “Customer” shall indemnify and be legally liable to pay to the “Company”, on demand, all costs, charges or damages incurred or incurred by the “Company” (including any direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit and reputation) arising directly or indirectly from the fraud, dishonesty or criminal act of the “Customer”.

The Company reserves the right to withhold payment and cancel Bets on an event if it has evidence that the following have occurred:

(a) there are question marks over the integrity of the event;

(b) the Odds(s) or the Bet(s) have been hijacked, manipulated;

(c) there has been fraud, “manipulated” play

Evidence of the above may be based on the size, volume or structure of the Bets Wagered with the Company, through any or all of our betting processes.

Any decision taken by the sport’s governing body, or court in question (if any) will be convincing and definitive. If any Customer owes any money to the Company or our Agents for any reason, we have the right to take this into account before making any payments to that Customer. Where there is evidence of a series of Bets each involving the same selection(s) and Wagered by the same individual or consortium of individuals, the Company reserves the right to void the Bets or withhold payment of winnings pending the outcome of such investigation.

1.17. COMPLAINTS – BETTING DISPUTES – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any problem, you can formulate your complaints in the necessary details, and send them to the headquarters of the “Company”, within 15 days from the completion of the event to which your complaint refers. For any complaints or requests regarding “Bets”, the “Customers” must contact the representative of the “Company” where the relevant “Bet” has been registered. Also based on Directive No. 20/2017, pursuant to the provisions of article 37 (I) of the Betting Law of 2019 37(I)/2019, as periodically amended or replaced regarding the Competences of the Authority that define the procedure for submitting and examining complaints to the Authority or a licensed Class A recipient or authorized representative. In the event that the specific complaint or request cannot be resolved by mutual consent, then it will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Law, Chapter 4, of the Republic of Cyprus. The complainant may contact the three-member committee appointed by the National Betting Authority to examine complaints or violations. The Committee has the power to hear any witness and to take written statements from any persons involved who are required to provide any relevant information or evidence. The procedure is detailed in Directive No. 20/2017. After the completion of the procedure, the three-member examination committee submits its findings to the Authority for decision.

The contact details of the National Betting Authority of Cyprus:

  • Address : 83 Digeni Akrita, 1070, Nicosia, Cyprus
  • Phone : +357 22 881800

1.18. SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

The “Company” reserves the right to amend the “Regulations” with a relevant announcement after being informed and approved by the National Betting Authority. Any previous “Regulation” of the “Company” shall be considered null and void if a new “Regulation” concerning such “Regulation” has been issued by the “Company”.

1.19. INTERRUPTED, POSTPONED AND UNPLAYED MATCHES

The result at the end of the event will be considered the final result. All football “Bets” will be calculated based on the regular time of a match (including delays). Any extra time or penalty shootout or Golden goal procedure does not count. In case of final interruption before the end of the event, choices that have already been judged (in whole or in part) are considered valid. Selections that are considered to have been decided in their entirety are choices that are already lost or won based on the result at the time the match was interrupted and there was no possibility of changing their result if the match continued. E.g., in football, if the hypothetical match ARSENAL – LIVERPOOL is interrupted in the 65th minute and the result is 0-0, then all “Bets” that have not been decided are void, but e.g. the half-time prediction option (HALFTIMEBET) that has already been decided (result X) and any other option that has already been decided wins. In this case those who bet on half time result X win and those who bet on half time result 1 or 2 lose, because if the match continued, then the result of their “Bet” would not change. Those who bet on the prediction of the correct result of the match (CORRECTSCORE) 0-0, get the money of their “Bet” back, because if the match continued, then the result could change. In case an event/match is interrupted during it and resumes within 24 hours from its start from the minute of its interruption, then all open “Bets” relating to that event/match will be settled based on the final result. In the opposite case, i.e. where an event does not continue from its breaking point but starts from the beginning, then all “Bets” will be settled as void with “Odds” of 1.00 (unit). Provisions for matches that do not take place or are postponed or for any reason will remain valid for 24 hours from their scheduled start time. If after 24 hours the match does not take place, they will be considered void on the “Bet Slip” and for the purpose of calculating winnings they will be considered void with “Odds” of 1.00.

1.20. MATCHES NOT PLAYED AS INDICATED AND NEUTRAL GROUND

Announcements for matches played at a neutral stadium are made for information and information purposes only. The “Company” will always try to inform / inform about any change of venue or any conduct of a match in a neutral stadium. The “Company” will not be held responsible in case it does not announce / inform about a match held in a neutral stadium.

When a match is played at a venue opposite to that indicated on the Coupon issued by the Company, it is void unless it is a match played at a neutral venue. If a team has a different opponent than the one indicated on the Coupon, then the match is again void. When a match is played on a neutral ground, for betting purposes, the team listed on the left will be counted as the home team (HOME).

A neutral pitch for Betting purposes always results from a punishment of the home team. In any other case, the stadium is not neutral, unless the competent federation under which the specific game takes place designates a neutral stadium for the match in question (final event, etc.). The selection of a match played in a neutral stadium is void, unless the fact that the match will be played in a neutral stadium is indicated on the fact sheet with the facts and odds.

The Company is not obliged to indicate, in its fact sheets and odds, whether a match takes place in a different stadium than that of the home team but is not considered by the competent authorities as neutral. However, if the Company mentions in its bulletins with its events and odds the home team’s stadium, it does not mean that it considers it neutral.

If a team chooses a specific stadium (other than its home ground) for a number of matches for various reasons, this is not considered neutral.

Regarding Bets on matches with goals, each own goal counts for the opposing team and not for the one who scored it.

From time to time, there are matches/events (friendly, youth, e-sports Football or other), of any sport, that are scheduled to last more or less or differently (half-time period/periods) from their usual regular duration (of the competitions taking part).  In such cases, if the Company does not specify their correct duration in its Betting Offer, then Bets on these matches will be cancelled except in the case of football matches where the following will apply:

Only cases with matches/events that have a duration of 90 or 80 minutes and have some differences will be valid and will be settled as follows:

– 90 minutes of scheduled play (in which halves are more than 2 and their duration is different from 45 minutes e.g. 3 halves lasting 30 minutes).

Regular time Bets (before the start of the match and during Live Betting) will be considered valid. Bets (before the start of the match but also during Live Betting – live betting) of half time will be considered void.

– 80 minutes of scheduled play (in which the halves are more than 2 and their duration differs from 40 minutes each half, e.g. 4 halves lasting 20 minutes).

Regular time Bets (before the start of the match and during Live Betting) will be considered valid. Bets (before the start of the match but also during Live Betting – live betting) of half time will be considered void.

– 80 minutes of scheduled play (in which halves are 2 and their duration is 40 minutes per half).

Regular time Bets (before the start of the match and during Live Betting) will be considered valid. Bets (before the start of the match but also during Live Betting – live betting) of half time will again be considered valid.

Otherwise, where the normal duration of the match is not 90 or 80 minutes and this has not been specified from the beginning by the Company, the match will be considered void and the selections Wagered on it will be paid with odds of 1.00 (one unit).

The Company bears no responsibility and is not obliged to inform its customers about the correct game schedule. It is the responsibility of customers to know the correct game schedule before placing bets.

The match referee is responsible for deciding when a half ends. The Company shall not be liable if the full allotted scheduled time (injury time or other) is not played following a decision of the referee. Discrepancies regarding scheduled play time will not be grounds for cancellation of the Bet.

Example

In a 90-minute friendly game, the referee decides to blow the whistle at the end of the regular season after 85 minutes. For the purposes of settling the Bet, the game has covered the full duration according to the referee and will be settled like a normal game with this final result.

The Company bears no responsibility if by mistake or omission, a mistake is made in the name of the team/player/contestant. If the name of a group is misspelled and the interpretation is ambiguous or different from the real one, then the specific group selection is VOID. If the name of a group is misspelled and the interpretation is not ambiguous, then the specific group selection is valid. Examples:

In case the match for the Under-20 Youth Championship takes place, which is mentioned in the Company’s offers and the match is listed and offered in the system as ENGLAND – FRANCE (without the U20 being listed next to the name), the options in the match are valid normally.

In the event that the match for an event takes place in England and the match is listed and offered in our system as MAN UTD – LIVERPOOL, while for promotional or other purposes LIVERPOOL has changed its name for that season and officially lists the event with the name of its advertiser and not LIVERPOOL, the selections in the match apply normally.

In case there is a match for any event, which is mentioned in the Company’s offers and the match is listed and offered in the system with a spelling error which does not affect the actual interpretation of the name of the team mentioned then the selections in the match apply normally, e.g. if the match for an event in England is listed and offered in our system as MAN UTD – LIVERPOOL M or MAN UTD – LIVERPOL then it is valid normally.

There may be teams with exactly the same name in the Company’s computer system but it is clear that they compete in different competitions. In such cases, the Customer is initially bound by the choice of the event and not by the name of the team. For example, there is a case in the Company’s computer system that there is BARCELONA competing in the Men’s Championship and BARCELONA competing in the Women’s Championship. The Customer is then obliged to make sure that his Bet correctly indicates the event for which he wants to bet.

In the case of a long-term Bet, if there is a Bet on a team whose name changes during the event/event, the Bet options on that group normally apply, given that it concerns the same team to which the Bet referred when it was placed and not a new team created subsequently.

1.21. CUSTOMER LIABILITY

The “Customer” by submitting the “Bet Slip” irrevocably declares that he has read, understood and fully accepted the “Regulations” of the “Company” as posted on our official premises and acknowledges that the acceptance of the “Bet Slip” is subject to his control and verification of his compliance with the “regulations” and the announcements of the “Company”.

All “Customers” are obliged to check that their “Bet Slips” have been completed purely based on their prognostications and instructions. For this reason, the responsibility for the correctness of the receipt is subject to the “Customer”.

No mistakes of the “Customer”, the staff of the head office or the “Agents” of the “Company” are recognized and all “Bets” will be checked for any winnings in accordance with the “Regulations” of the “Company”.

1.22 LONG BETS (ANTE POST)

In Event Winner Bets, the final result is considered to be the result after the end of the event including the play-offs or other ranking matches, if any. In case of a final tie of 2 or more winners where there is no criterion for the winner (e.g. play offs or ranking matches) regulation 2.3 DEAD-HEAT Regulation applies.

In the event that an event is interrupted due to force majeure or following a decision of the relevant federation/authority and does not continue then all Bets on the teams participating in that event will be considered void and will be paid at odds of 1.00 (one unit) (regardless of whether the relevant federation/authority decides who will be the winner of the event);  except for selections of the event that have already been decided (in whole or in part). The selections are considered to have been decided (in whole or in part) when they are already lost or won based on the score at the time the event was interrupted and there was no possibility of changing their result if the event continued.

In the event that a team/player participates in a competition and does not complete all his/her games following his/her decision or after a penalty, then all Bets concerning him/her will be considered lost, except for the selections that have already been decided (in whole or in part). Selections are considered to have been decided (in whole or in part) when they are already lost or won based on the score at the time the team/player withdrew and there was no chance of changing their outcome if the event continued.

For Top Scorer selections, only goals/points scored in the specific Bet competition are counted, regardless of the team to which the Scorer refers. The team mentioned next to the name of the Scorer is for informational purposes only and does not bind the Company or the result. The goals of the Top Scorer selection do not count any own goals scored by the same player or another player, as well as goals scored by any penalty shootout in any match after extra time.

In case of a tie of 2 or more players, regulation 2.3 Dead Heat Rules applies.

 1.23 USING VAR

  1. a) If the use of VAR is requested, the event giving rise to the referral will be considered, for the purposes of these rules, to have occurred in real time (and not at the time the decision is set). For example, suppose someone has chosen to score a goal in the ten minutes 20:00-30:00 and it is scored at 28:36 where the assistant makes a hint for offside. If there is a use of VAR and the goal is considered normal as the goal time, 28:36 will count and the purchase will be considered won.
  2. b) In the event that we have settled a Bet and, due to a subsequent VAR decision, it turns out that such settlement was inaccurate, we reserve the right to reverse the settlement (provided that the VAR decision occurred before the conclusion of the match or other schedule relevant to the Bet). In case we have accidentally accepted a Bet during a VAR review we have the right to cancel it.
  3. c) Bets placed between the occurrence of an event leading to a VAR review and the relevant VAR decision will be considered void unless:

1) the VAR review (and subsequent decision) did not ultimately change the original decision.

2) the VAR review (and subsequent decision) modified the original decision but did not materially affect the specific Bet (e.g. in the event that the incident, which is reviewed by VAR, is not related to the outcome of the particular Bet). All Bets not materially affected by the VAR review (and subsequent decision) will stand.

3) For the settlement of Bets, VAR will be deemed to have been used if this is understood by the referee’s gestures (e.g. gestures or stopping the match to review the incident) and/or the use of VAR is confirmed by the match report issued by the official body of each competition ultimately responsible for supervising the specific match. In cases where it is unclear whether VAR was used due to lack of television coverage and/or conflicting reports, the Company will settle Bets based on information available to it from its providers, or from any reliable online or offline source.

1.24 OPERATION EARLY CASH OUT

Early Cash Out Procedure

The amount of early withdrawal is determined at the time the customer chooses to cash out his bet and depends on the odds of his selections at that time, so the amount can be either greater or less than the initial amount staked.

The client can check the offered early disbursement amount in 2 ways:

  1. Present the initial slip to the authorized representative, who after scanning the bar code of the slip, will inform the customer of the offered amount of early disbursement.

The customer will then instruct the authorized dealer whether they wish to accept the early redemption amount or not.

2.The customer can check for himself the available early disbursement amount from a self-service terminal.

Scan his/her ticket from the scanner of a self-service terminal or enter his/her ticket number, after first clicking on “Tickets” and then clicking on “Check Cash Out Availability” to display the available amount for “Cash Out”. Depending on whether or not he accepts the amount, he will have to choose the corresponding option. If he selects “cash out” then an informative receipt will be printed with the amount of the early disbursement. The customer will then need to present the authorized dealer with the original voucher to receive their money.

After the approval of the request but before the completion of the “cash out”, there is a possibility of a change in the offered amount. In case the offered amount is greater than the original, the transaction will be completed normally offering the largest amount. In case the offered amount will be less than the original, the transaction is automatically suspended.

The early disbursement process may not be completed if during execution, one of the options on the slip has a different performance or is no longer available.

  1. The customer can scan the QR code printed on his slip with his smartphone. He will be directed to a link, where he will be informed of the amount offered at that time for early disbursement.

Depending on whether or not he accepts the amount, he will have to choose the corresponding option.

If he selects “cash out” he must enter the 4-digit security code (pin number) which has been printed on his original ticket. Then, by presenting his authorized representative with his ticket, he will be able to receive his money.

After the approval of the request but before the completion of the “cash out”, there is a possibility of a change in the amount offered. In case the offered amount is greater than the original, the transaction will normally be completed by offering the largest amount. In case the offered amount will be less than the original, the transaction is automatically suspended.

The early disbursement process may not be completed if during execution, one of the options on the slip has a different performance or is no longer available.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. The Cash Out option is available on default markets both before and during the match, on single and multiple bets and for as long as odds are available.
  2. If a performance changes or a purchase is suspended then the Cash Out option may not be available and your request may not be possible.
  3. After a successful Cash Out process, an informative receipt is printed with the final amount that the ticket will be settled. The player can receive his money ONLY by presenting the Cash Out receipt and the original ticket (which includes the barcode) at the cashier of the authorized dealer.

If the successful cash out process is done from the smartphone, then the player only needs to present his ticket (which includes the barcode) at the cashier of the authorized dealer.

  1. If the customer Cash Out on a ticket and the information receipt with the offered amount is printed, then the original ticket or Cash Out cannot be canceled.
  2. The Company cannot guarantee that Cash Out will be available for any match either before the start (pre-match) or during (live). In this case bets will stand as originally placed.
  3. The company will not be responsible if Cash Out is not available for technical reasons. In this case bets will stand as originally placed.
  4. The company reserves the right to correct/suspend/remove the cash out service at any time for any match/market. If the company deems that the offered amount is incorrect, then it will not accept the request and will correct it if possible with a new offer. If the company decides to suspend or remove the cash out on a match, that match will also be removed from the live bet.
  5. The maximum payout amount for Cash Out is twenty thousand euros (€20,000) per ticket. The Company reserves the right to adjust the maximum amount as and when it wishes, after first obtaining approval from the National Betting Authority (NBA).
  6. The Company reserves the right to reverse/cancel the settlement of a Cash Out slip if there is an Obvious Error. For example, if this has been incorrectly arranged due to a technical problem, information/performance error. Also, if due to an error the Cash-Out settlement of the bet is accepted incorrectly, then the Cash-Out settlement will be cancelled and the bet will be settled at the correct corrected price of the company. If, for example, due to an Obvious Error during live betting, the Cash Out settlement is incorrectly accepted, then it will be cancelled and, if possible, a new corrected Cash-Out offer will be made. If there are repeated attempts to place bets and Cash Out settlements before the correction/verification of the Obvious Error, then the Cash Out settlement of the bet and the original bet will be cancelled.

1.25 TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

The “Company” bears no responsibility in case due to technical problems it became impossible to validate a “Bet”.

SPECIAL TERMS

2.1 RESULTS THAT HAVE CHANGED

The results are those that are recognized on the pitch or on the winners’ podium. Any results due to legal, disciplinary or other decisions that alter the results or the order of termination will not be taken into account. If the investigation of the competent body takes place on the same day of the event, then its result will be used and will be valid,  However, if it takes place the next day or any other time in the future and overturns the outcome of the event,  it will not be taken into account. E.g. if Hamilton wins the Monza Grand Prix and the following day is cancelled by the FIA for misconduct, all “Bets” involving Hamilton winning the Monza Grand Prix will stand and be settled as won.

2.2. THE PLACEBET (bet on a team to place)

The “Customer” chooses the “Bet” place if he wants to support a Team/Athlete/Driver to finish in one of the predetermined positions. The profit depends on the place-specific conditions for the specific event.

If under the “Odds” of winning a championship the sentence “1/4 ‘ODDSINPLACES 1,2’ is written”, the “Customer” wins 1/4 of the profit offered for winning if the team he bet on finishes in the first two (2) places, or if under the “Odds” of winning a championship the sentence ‘1/3 ‘ODDSINPLACES 1,2’ is indicated, the “Customer” wins 1/3 of the profit offered for winning if the team he bet on finishes in the first two (2) places.

2.3. DEAD-HEAT REGULATION

In the case of an event completed in equal amounts with more than one winner, where only one winner was considered, the draw rule (DEADHEAT) will apply. A deadheat result is a result in which two or more contestants share a final position.

In the event that two contestants share the final position, the selection is considered won and lost by half, and is therefore settled with full percentages (“Odds”) and half the stake. Example:

If 3 players share the top scorer position in the World Cup, then the bet amount is divided accordingly (1/3 of the bet amount X the odds).

2.4. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS

The ‘Live Betting’ Market will be offered before and during an event exclusively by the ‘Live Betting’ platform. The “Odds” will be constantly updated to reflect the image of each event. To avoid non-acceptance of a “Bet” due to the change of one or more “Odds”, the “Customer” may accept the selection “Accept Odds changes” when placing a “Bet”. Please note that the validation of the bet slip is done on the workbench by the authorized representative or responsible person. Where applicable, statistics provided to us by the provider of the ‘LiveBetting’ service will be used to settle ‘Bets’. In the event that the coverage of an event by the service provider is stopped or interrupted due to a technical problem and causes the incorrect display  of “Odds” or the incorrect calculation of winnings, then the supplier will cancel all “Bets” that will be placed during the duration of the above problem. Therefore, the “Company”, due to its obligations under a contract with the service provider, reserves the right to cancel such “Bets”. Where no statistics of the service provider are given, video receipts will be used to support how the “Bet” is settled. If for any reason, there is no video evidence, it will be used independently receipt and the “Bet” will be settled based on the official websites of the respective events/official sources.

The “Company”, due to its obligations under contract with the service provider, will apply the following:

If the outcome of a purchase cannot be determined by official sources, the “Company” reserves the right to delay payment until the announcement of official results.

If a market is offered and the outcome of the event is known, then the “Company” reserves the right to cancel the “Bets” of that market.

In case there is an obvious error in the “Odds”, the “Company” reserves the right to cancel the “Bets”. “Obvious error” means any deviation from the average profit on a coupon compared to the offered returns of competing companies that is easily discernible, based on the rules of common sense and market practices and includes in any case cases in which there is a deviation of more than 100% in the profit of a coupon, as indicated;  compared to the rest of the market average.

In case the broadcast of an event is interrupted due to technical problems and the match is completed normally, then all purchases for that match will be settled based on the final result.

In case of incorrect settlement of a purchase, the “Company” reserves the right to correct it at any time.

In case basic rules of a sport are violated, the “Company” reserves the right to cancel the purchase (e.g. variation in the duration of an event, the rules of an event, etc.).

In case of non-completion or non-conduct of an event (e.g. due to elimination, interruption, withdrawal, change in the draw), this will be considered void, except in cases where the bet has been settled.

All purchases (except half-time, extra time and penalty shootouts) will be calculated based on the regular duration of the event.

The yellow card counts as 1 card and the red or yellow-red card as 2. The second yellow to a player leading to red is not counted. As a result, a player cannot record more than 3 cards.

The settlement will be based on all available evidence for the cards given during the normal duration of a match.

Cards given after the end of the match are not counted.

Cards to non-competitors (players who have already been changed, coaching staff, players on the bench who have not been changed) are not counted.

If the market remains open while the various events have already occurred: goal, yellow or yellow-red card, penalty, then the “Company” reserves the right to cancel these “Bets”.

If a market is opened with an incorrect red card or by omitting one, then the “Company” reserves the right to cancel the “Bets”.

If the “Odds” offered relate to a match with an incorrect start time (more than 5 minutes), then the “Company” reserves the right to cancel the “Bets”. It is noted that the above cases will be considered as an obvious error in returns.

If the wrong result is entered, then all purchases will be cancelled from the moment of the wrong entry. It is noted that the above cases will be considered as an obvious error in returns.

If the team names or category are misattributed, then the “Company” reserves the right to cancel the “Bets”. It is noted that the above cases will be considered as an obvious error in returns.

The yellow card counts 10 points and the red or yellow-red as 25. The second yellow to a player leading to red is not counted. As a result, a player cannot record more than 35 points.

The settlement will be based on all available evidence for the cards given during the normal duration of a match.

Cards given after the end of the match are not counted.

Cards to non-competitors (players who have already been changed, coaching staff, players on the bench who have not been changed) are not counted.

Corners that were given but not executed will not be counted.

Own goals will not count towards the Anytime Goalscorer purchase and will be ignored.

Own goals will not count towards the Next Goalscorer market and will be ignored.

Players who play from the start of the match or from the moment the previous goal is scored are considered runners.

All players participating in a match are offered for betting. In case a player scores a goal and is not listed, then all “Bets” on players who are on the list are valid normally.

The market will be settled on the basis of television coverage and statistics provided by the various media, unless there is proof that these statistics are incorrect.

Any complaint regarding a result must be submitted in writing to the headquarters of the “Company” within 7 days of the event.

Betting Clarification :

Winner of rest of match

Which team will win the remainder of the match (regular time) from the moment the “Bet” is placed. Only goals scored after the confirmation of the “Bet” will count (this score will be printed on the “Bet Slip”). An own goal will count for the opposing team and not for the team that scored it.

Some events are scheduled to last less than usual. Under such circumstances, “Bets” will be settled based on the particularities of each case. For example, some youth football matches last 80 minutes instead of 90 minutes, so “Bets” relating to these matches will be settled based on the final result of 80 minutes.

For no reason will cancellation or refund be accepted for LIVE BETTING “Bets”. If a LIVE BET “Bet” is registered with the wrong “Odds” due to delayed broadcast of the event, then the “Bet” will be considered VOID with odds of 1.00 (one unit), regardless of whether the “Bet” wins or loses.
